Her clothing style is different but cool, she dresses more punk-ish. She’s very confident with her appearance even after everything she’s been through. She still keeps her engagement ring on her finger as well, because she can’t bear to take it off yet.

Personality: Emma was always a little wild and crazy. She loved drinking and partying, but she never got drunk. She had never gone beyond her limit though, she knew when to stop. She loved her boyfriend more then anything and would do anything for him. She was also very sweet and innocent, she wouldn’t do certain things. She was very close to her family. She joked around a lot and she was always laughing. She had a smile that was contagious. That’s why people loved her so much and why she was so popular.

How they came to the island: She was on vacation, she needed away from her boyfriend so she came with friends.

History: Emma was born to Carol and Doug Parker on June 21 in Los Angeles, California. Her brother Luka was two years old when she was born and he was thrilled to have a little sister. Emma and Luka were very close growing up, Luka protected her. Emma had a very sheltered, good life. Her parents were caring, loving, and gave her what she wanted. She was very spoiled, between her parents and brother. When Emma was five she started kindergarten and she made a lot of friends even on the first day. All through school Emma was popular, everyone loved her. Emma was always smiling and laughing, nothing bad could ever happen to her.

When Emma was ten her mother got really sick. Emma and her family got so upset, not sure what was going to happen. They soon found out that her mother had cancer and it was pretty bad. Her mother was told that she only had a year to live. Her family spent as much time as possible with her, and they traveled for awhile so as to get closer to her. A year had gone by and her mother was still alive, the doctors didn’t know how, but the cancer hadn’t killed her yet. They weren’t sure how long she had left though. They kept hanging out and staying close to their mom and finally six months later Emma’s mother Carol died from the cancer. The whole family was devastated but they were managing to get through it. Emma didn’t know how she was going to make it through this but her brother and her father stuck beside her and kept her going. Emma wasn’t herself for awhile and she barely smiled. After about a year she was starting to become more like herself again and her brother was happy she was finally becoming happy again.

When Emma was fifteen she started seeing a guy who she was falling for and she was falling hard. Her brother, Luka, was trying to protect her and said she shouldn’t be going out with him, that he was no good. Emma didn’t believe him though, she really liked him. After only going out with him for a few months she found out he was cheating on her with one of her best friends. Emma got so upset and she felt so stupid for not listening to her brother. It took her a little to recover from finding this out and breaking up with him but about three months later another guys asked her out. They had been friends for awhile and Emma had really liked him. She thought about it and finally said yes. Luka was more comfortable with this guy so he was ok with them going out, although he threatened the guy that if he hurt Emma that he would kill him. Emma and Peter were happy together and they weren’t going to let anything ruin their relationship. When Emma had turned sixteen her and Peter had been going out for almost a year. Emma had started to get a little wilder; although Peter still loved her and she loved him.

Everything was great for Emma and her family. When Emma turned seventeenth her father was in a major car accident and he ended up dying in the hospital. Emma and Luka were devastated; they didn’t know what to do now. They had lost both their parents they only had each other left. Emma and Luka got by though. Peter was there a lot for Emma, he never left her and he took care of her. Emma felt safe and happy when she was with him. She spent a lot of her time with him and Luka. Emma got a job as a bartender at a local bar because she had never went to college and she didn’t want to right now. Luka was working as a mechanic because he was in college and he needed the money. Peter was helping them out anyway he could and Emma was very happy to have him in her life.

On Emma’s eighteenth birthday Peter came to the house to wish her a happy birthday as well as ask her to marry him. Emma was excited and automatically said yes! They were a happy couple and Luka was happy for both of them. Not long after Emma had turned nineteen her and Peter decided to go to a party. She got a little carried away with alcohol and she got extremely drunk. She was flirting with every guy she saw and Peter was getting mad. He told her he wanted to leave and she finally agreed. In the car she was acting weird and sitting on top of the seat (convertible) and laughing and talking to Peter. Peter told her to be careful and sit down and she said no. They finally started fighting and Peter wasn’t watching the road. He didn’t see the stop sign or the truck heading their way. They got hit and they both ended up in the hospital. Peter ended up dying in the ER, but Emma was fine. She made it by after getting better. After she found out about Peter she was so upset and became depressed. She didn’t know what to do without him. She also felt guilty for him death because she remembered the fight and what had happened. She started going to counselors to talk about what had happened but she didn’t want to talk, she wasn’t ready to. Luka was getting really worried about her. About a year after Peter had died Luke and Emma were out, trying to cheer her up and Emma ended up falling for another guy. Luka was happy for her though because she started acting like herself again. They started going out then, she soon moved in with him as well. Although, she never took the ring Peter gave her, off her finger though because she missed him so much. She still felt guilty about Peter’s death and she won’t take off the engagement ring. But not long after moving in with Jason he started to beat her. She was afraid of him and she was afraid to tell Luka. She wanted to move out but she couldn’t he had threatened her. So she went to Australia on vacation with her friends to get away from him for awhile. On the way back was when the plane crashed and she was stuck on the island which she is kind of happy for.
